For a family or small group in Cusco, start with actual beds and bathrooms, not just the number of bedrooms. All six Moorada stays have two bedrooms, but their capacity, bathroom count and sleeping arrangements differ.

Make the sleeping arrangement explicit

Ninnab and Paccay show one double bed and two single beds. Ninnaf shows one king bed, two single beds and a floor mattress. Paccaz shows one double bed and three single beds.

Review the bedroom photographs and ask which room each bed occupies. A fifth sleeping place on a mattress is different from another conventional bed. Confirm arrangements for young children, and do not assume that a cot, high chair or childproofing is provided.

Compare mornings, not just floor space

Ninnab, Ninnac and Ninnaf list two bathrooms. Paccaz, Paccak and Paccay list one. If everyone leaves together for an early excursion, a second bathroom may be useful. If that is not a priority, a one-bathroom stay can still fit the group.

Know what “shared” means

A private rental can still have a communal garden or courtyard. Ninnac describes a shared garden. Paccaz and Paccay list shared patios or balconies, and Paccak's description presents a shared outdoor area. Ninnab describes a private garden as well as a connecting courtyard; ask the host which areas are exclusive to your booking.

Check the details your group will use

  • Kitchen: ask about the equipment you need for your intended meals.
  • Bedroom access: confirm steps, railings and the layout for children or anyone with mobility needs.
  • Comfort: ask about heating and bedding for your travel dates.
  • Outdoor areas: confirm who uses them and whether there are quiet hours.
  • Departure: agree the pickup point and luggage plan with the host and operator.
